    復(fù)旦大學(xué)副教授田朋飛分享了《智能GaN基micro-LED陣列》研究報(bào)告。GaN基micro-LED (霯ED)陣列可用于高亮度微顯示、高效率固態(tài)照明和高速可見(jiàn)光通信的高帶寬發(fā)光芯片。通過(guò)結(jié)合以上功能,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)用于大數(shù)據(jù)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智能霯ED系統(tǒng)。至今為止,還未有將霯ED陣列用于高帶寬探測(cè)器(PD)的報(bào)道。
