據(jù)中國(guó)貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）6日發(fā)布公告稱(chēng)，對(duì)特定集成電路及其組件和下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Integrated Circuits, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1350）作出337部分終裁：基于和解部分終止調(diào)查，拒絕考慮復(fù)審并對(duì)最終初裁不采取立場(chǎng)，本案調(diào)查終止。2023年1月19日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定集成電路及其組件和下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Integrated Circuits, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1350）。2022年12月12日，中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)Realtek Semiconductor Corporation of Taiwan向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷(xiāo)售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)（美國(guó)注冊(cè)專(zhuān)利號(hào)7,936,245、8,006,218、9,590,582），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。美國(guó)Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.為列名被告。
