沉積半導(dǎo)體材料（南通）有限公司成立于2023年1月，是由上海矽卿科貿(mào)有限公司同某著名研究所核心成員合作建立，核心技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員來自于德國卡爾斯魯厄?qū)W院(Karlsruher Institut für Technologie)以及新加坡南洋理工，團(tuán)隊(duì)在CVD流場控制，CVD工藝方面有10多年的技術(shù)積累。公司可提供SiC，PG，TaC，ZrC，HfC CVD鍍層服務(wù)。公司擅長1. 大尺寸(up to 2.4m)、異形件的CVD鍍層。2. 快速CVD沉積制品，3.高溫CVD制品。目前已經(jīng)在多家國內(nèi)外知名半導(dǎo)體客戶處驗(yàn)證并批量使用。國產(chǎn)化熱解碳，碳化硅涂層件導(dǎo)流筒，實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)口替代。性能媲美進(jìn)口同類型產(chǎn)品。另外，公司代理日本碳素的石墨斷熱材（硬氈，軟氈），日本JGT的晶圓減薄砂輪。目前給知名頭部半導(dǎo)體材料商供貨。

Dynamic Deposit Semiconductor materials (Nantong)Co.,Ltd.. was established in January 2023, co-founded by Shanghai Silicology Scientific&Trading Co., Ltd. and a core member of a well-known research institute, with the core technical team members coming from the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie in Germany and the Nanyang Technological University . The team has over 10 years of technical accumulation in CVD flow field control and CVD process. The company can provide SiC, PG, TaC, ZrC, and HfC CVD coating services. The company excels in the following 1. Large-size (up to 2.4m) and irregular-shaped CVD coating. 2. Rapid CVD deposition products, 3. High-temperature CVD products. The company's products have been validated and mass-produced by several well-known semiconductor customers at home and abroad. The company has achieved import substitution of domestic thermal pyrolysis carbon and silicon carbide coated guide tubes, with performance comparable to imported products of the same type. Additionally, our company represents Nippon Carbon's graphite thermal insulation materials (hard felt, soft felt), and Nippon JGT's wafer  grinding wheels from Japan. Currently, we supply to well-known top semiconductor material suppliers.
